At La Cordée, the menu changes with the seasons and features seasonal produce. Reimagined brasserie classics, fish, fine cuts of meat, dishes to share and homemade desserts make up a generous and carefully crafted menu.
The Valais region is also reflected in the drinks menu, with a strong focus on local wines alongside Swiss and international selections.
