Since 2019, José has been leading Hotel Cordée des Alpes with a clear vision: luxury is defined by genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and making every guest feel truly welcome.

Passionate about the hotel industry and deeply connected to Verbier, he works closely with the team to ensure every stay is seamless, personal and memorable. His ambition is to preserve the warm spirit of Cordée des Alpes while continuously evolving the hotel with creativity, excellence and respect for its Alpine surroundings.

Known as the Swiss Army knife of Cordée des Alpes, Eduardo has been part of the hotel since its opening. Thanks to his versatility, technical expertise and hands-on approach, he ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, often before guests even realise something needed attention.

Always ready with a solution and a smile, Eduardo is a reassuring presence for both guests and colleagues. His dedication, reliability and in-depth knowledge of the hotel make him an invaluable member of the Cordée family.

Felix first joined Cordée des Alpes in December 2020 as Front Office Manager before returning in December 2024 as Assistant General Manager. His journey reflects both his commitment to the hotel and his dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Driven by a genuine passion for hospitality, Felix places guest satisfaction at the heart of everything he does. Organised, determined and attentive to detail, he supports the team with high standards while helping preserve the welcoming atmosphere that defines Cordée des Alpes.

Since joining La Brasserie de La Cordée in November 2024, Eric has brought a fresh and creative approach inspired by nature. Fascinated by ingredients and their origins, he has an exceptional knowledge of local produce, plants and seasonal flavours that shape each of his creations.

Committed to responsible gastronomy, Eric works closely with local producers and favours seasonal ingredients, reflecting both his respect for the environment and the values of Cordée des Alpes. His cuisine is refined, authentic and deeply rooted in the Alpine region.

Lucie has been part of KV Hotels for over ten years and oversees the group’s marketing and communications. From social media and press relations to partnerships, events and brand projects, she brings the identity of Cordée des Alpes to life across every touchpoint.

Organised with Swiss precision, Lucie approaches every challenge with energy, creativity and determination. Passionate about hospitality, travel and storytelling, she enjoys showcasing the people, places and experiences that make every stay in Verbier truly unforgettable.

Alyssa joined Cordée des Alpes as a receptionist before becoming Front Office Manager in November 2025. Passionate about travel and discovering new cultures, she combines professionalism with genuine care to ensure every guest receives a warm welcome.

Known for her attention to detail and calm approach, Alyssa ensures that every arrival and departure runs effortlessly. Her commitment to personalised service helps create the welcoming atmosphere guests experience from the very first moment.

Yunna joined Cordée des Alpes as a spa therapist in December 2024 before becoming Spa Manager one year later. Her progression reflects her commitment to creating a more attentive and personalised wellness experience.

A certified yoga teacher, she sees wellbeing as a balance between body and mind. By listening carefully to each guest, Yunna aims to shape the Spa by La Cordée around a clearer, simpler and more individual approach, with treatments tailored to each person’s needs. She is also keen to introduce more natural skincare products. Her goal is to make every treatment feel personal, purposeful and deeply restorative.

Hippolyte joined Cordée des Alpes in June 2026 as Maître d’hôtel of La Brasserie de La Cordée. Passionate about hospitality, he is dedicated to creating a warm, attentive and personalised dining experience for every guest.
