Verbier is a village located at an altitude of 1500 m in the south-western part of Switzerland in the Alpine canton of Valais. The Verbier resort is part of the 4 Vallées ski area, with more than 400 km of slopes for all levels up to the summit of Mont Fort at an altitude of 3300 m. Verbier is recognised as being one of the top destinations worldwide for off-piste skiing.
