With 18 years of experience in luxury hotels and a graduate of the Central University of Valencia, he is fully committed to making continuous improvements to our hotel, such as: reducing the environmental impact of our products and our facilities, the development of local partnerships and many more.

Coralie Bleas
Executive Assistant
Coralie has arrived at Cordée des Alpes****S in December 2013 as a Receptionist, she successively held the various Front Office positions before being promoted to Executive Assistant in 2021. In love with Cordée since its opening and passionate about reception, each customer and each member of staff has the right to special attention.

Romain Maillot

With a multiple culinary experience ranging from Reunion Island via Vietnam, to Australia, then Dubai and Paris, before arriving in Switzerland, Romain learned in different temples of the gastronomic world. Thus his masters, Alain DUCASSE, Virginie BASSELOT, Jérôme BANCTEL or even Pierre GAGNAIRE have been able to forge in him the desire to share and to surpass himself.

Naomie Gauchat
Restaurant Manager
Since her childhood, she has been drawn to the world of hospitality and dining. Her journey to become a Restaurant Manager began with a business school, followed by attending a hospitality school to refine her expertise. She worked in various roles, from reception to management, realizing that hospitality extends beyond food. For Naomie, it's also about creating a warm atmosphere, excellence, and hospitality, where memories are made, celebrations are shared, and stories unfold.
